Well, we've been in Kirksville for a month now, and we've gotten somewhat adjusted. Almost everything is unpacked, and we have become somewhat settled.
The house looks VERY nice, and we like it a lot. The space is good for Matthew, who is quite happy to find out how loud things sound when banged against the hardwood floor.
Rob is officially a "Student Doctor" with a white coat and everything. He is enjoying being back in school and learning a lot.
We got to go to the Nauvoo temple last Saturday, which was very special. It was rainy, so we didn't get any pictures, but we will go again and get some for you all to see. The temple was very simplistic in it's beauty, and had a lot of history to it.
Right across the street there was the "Arrival Center" where they have an area dedicated to taking care of children. We went with a group of couples who have children, and did a babysitting swap - half went in while the other half watched the kids, then we swapped. We look forward to going again.
We also wanted to post some fun pictures Becky took of us before we left. She did a great job, and we like them a lot.
Other than that, we are still adjusting. We miss our mountains and our family, but we are doing ok. Thanks to everyone for being supportive!
